Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device to remember things between visits. Here's exactly what we use them for.
What this site currently uses
As it stands, this site doesn't set any cookies at all. There's no tracking, no analytics, and nothing stored on your device when you visit: the mobile menu and other on-page interactions run entirely in your browser without saving anything between visits.
What might be added later
As the site grows, we may introduce:
- Essential cookies: needed for basic site functionality, such as keeping a form working correctly. These wouldn't be optional, since the site wouldn't function properly without them, but they wouldn't track you or identify who you are.
- Analytics cookies: to understand roughly how many people visit and which pages are useful, so we know what to write or build next. These would be optional, and you'd be asked for consent before they're set.
If either of these is added, this page, and a proper consent banner on the site, will be updated to say exactly what's in use, not buried in a rewrite.
What we don't use cookies for
We don't use cookies to build an advertising profile of you, and we don't sell cookie data to third parties. If that ever changes, this policy, and the consent banner on the site, will be updated to reflect it clearly, not buried in a rewrite.
Managing cookies
Most browsers let you see, delete, and block cookies through their settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site working properly. You can find out how to manage cookies in your specific browser through its help pages; Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge all handle this slightly differently.
Changes to this policy
As the site adds tools like analytics or affiliate tracking, we'll update this page to reflect exactly what's in use. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
This page is a general template and hasn't been reviewed by a solicitor. It reflects the site as it currently stands; once analytics, affiliate tracking, or a payment processor for templates are actually added, this page needs updating to match, and is worth a proper legal check at that point.
